MISSION STATEMENT

My Journey
My journey started with football.
I attended Texas Tech before continuing my football journey through Blinn College, Arizona Western College, and Henderson State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management in 2020.
Along the way, football taught me much more than how to compete. It taught me discipline, sacrifice, consistency, accountability, and what it means to keep going when things don’t go your way.
At Arizona Western, I founded FCA because I knew football could be used for something bigger than the game. I wanted athletes to understand that their identity and purpose were bigger than what happened between the lines.
After college, I spent 2020–2024 pursuing an opportunity to play in the NFL. I worked out for every NFL team, some multiple times. One of those opportunities came through Ernest Givins, who connected me with Martin Mayhew.
I chased the NFL with everything I had.
But God had something different in mind.
In 2024, God began calling me off the football field and into something bigger. He reminded me that the, knowledge, discipline, and lessons I had gained through my journey weren’t just for me.
They were preparation.
God gave me a new assignment: to coach, mentor, develop, and pour into His children.
That’s where Elite Family was born.

Elite Family is more than sports training. It’s about developing the whole person — Technique. Mindset. Performance.
We train athletes to move better, think better, compete at a higher level, and carry those lessons into life.
I want every athlete who comes through Elite Family to understand that their God-given potential is bigger than a sport.
Football was the road.
Elite Family is the calling.
And I believe God is still building something far bigger than what I can see today.
Bring It. Build It. Become It.
